Chairman Steve Dickey called the Porter Public Works Authority special meeting to order at 7:59 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2026. The board considered a request to enter an executive session under O.S. Title 25 §307(B)(1) to discuss evaluations for all employees; Chairman Steve Dickey stated the matter "has already been handled," and the board did not go into executive session.
