Staff ask for a 'front desk' quick-access for committee reports and amendments

Multiple staff described a separate front-desk application they use during floor work to scan and post stand-alone amendments, conference reports and committee subs. One user said, "It's called front desk," and asked the product team to either add it as a module or surface quick anchors that jump directly into bill maintenance functions for users who only need a subset of actions.

The product team acknowledged the functionality exists in other modules and suggested adding permissioned anchors or a labeled tab to reduce navigation friction for floor staff. Staff also asked that common upload and authoring functions be reachable without exposing unrelated bill-maintenance controls.
