The Blackford County Board of Commissioners approved the 2025 Extension Contractual Services Agreement with Purdue University for $127,510 on Oct. 21. Commissioner Laura Coons moved to approve the agreement and Commissioner Dan Borgenheimer seconded; the motion passed 3‑0.
