Courthouse roof finished; arched windows delayed, insulation and third-floor work continuing
Project manager Derek Hagen reported the main roof on the Blackford County Courthouse is finished, attic insulation spraying is expected to finish by the end of the month, third-floor window replacements are underway and arched windows are delayed until December.

Derek Hagen, the courthouse renovation project manager, told the commissioners on Oct. 7 that the main roof is finished and scaffolding is being removed. He said spraying of attic insulation should be completed by the end of October and that third-floor windows are being replaced.
