Demo shows new drafting workflow, attribute fields for appropriations

The team highlighted programmable attributes (gray fields) that can auto-update years and pull data from the budgeting database. As one technical participant explained, the system is "calling to a piece of software on our side that it gets the data from," meaning funding codes will map to database records so drafts can populate numbers automatically rather than through manual pre-steps. The group agreed to convert last year's bills into agency templates before launch so drafters have appropriate root documents.
