The Planning Commission considered two applicants to fill two current vacancies on the county planning commission. Commissioners reviewed application materials and heard from John Jefferson (who said his legal name is John but goes by Jake), who described a background in land surveying, construction and work as a senior engineering technician for the City of Elko and said he has experience with GIS and plan review.
