Board approves contract public defenders for two superior courts

Alan Marshall told commissioners that the State Board of Accounts requested formal approval of the contract public defenders for Superior Court 1 and Superior Court 2. Commissioners voted to approve the contracts and Commissioner Markel asked that the contracts be submitted to the Auditor for inclusion in the minutes record.
