The Cayuga County GML 239-l, m & n Review Committee approved the minutes of its Dec. 18, 2025 meeting after accepting two wording corrections. Senior Planner Evan Tuthill moved to approve the minutes with the corrections; Doug Kierst seconded, and the motion carried with all voting AYE.
