Washington Township council authorizes executive session and approves settlement in Rising Sun Recovery litigation
After a roughly 30-minute executive session called under the Affordable Housing agenda item, the council approved a settlement agreement in Rising Sun Recovery, LLC v. Washington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment (R056). The executive session was authorized by R055 and the settlement resolution passed 4–0 with one member absent.

A resolution (R055) authorizing the executive session cited Rising Sun Recovery, LLC v. Washington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment; Mr. Brown moved and Mr. Harris seconded the motion to authorize the executive session.
