Board approves pay increases for county appraiser staff
The Board approved merit pay increases for five county appraiser staff members, raising hourly rates between $1.00 per hour for several employees and $1.00 for the highest-paid appraiser assistant.

County Appraiser Delinda White presented proposed pay increases for members of her staff. Commissioner Myra Frazier moved to raise Taylor Brown from $20.38 per hour to $21.38, Deann Norris from $17.31 to $18.31, Robbi Shilts from $17.31 to $18.31, Sara Goff from $17.00 to $18.00, and Carla Wood from $22.47 to $23.47. Commissioner Cory Moates seconded the motions and each passed unanimously.
