Jonathan Issacs of Independent Land Surveying told commissioners that the first phase of Harvest Meadows is complete and ready for final acceptance. "It is a 36‑lot subdivision on US 31 and a 2‑mile fringe of Seymour," he said, noting the City of Seymour has signed off on their portion and that the developer is "posting a three‑year maintenance bond."<br><br>Commissioner Matt Reedy moved to approve final acceptance and Commissioner Drew Storey seconded; the motion passed with three yes votes. County staff recorded that all roads and the final surface had been installed; follow‑up action includes recording the final plat and the maintenance bond per county procedure.
