Nate Bryant, Jackson County EMS Director, told Commissioners that the county's current cloud-based scheduling software (TCP) has historically been renewed annually but that multi-year options are now available. He recommended a three-year contract for the "most cost savings" and to avoid an 8% annual increase; the Commission approved the three-year plan 3-0.
