The county approved a $59,664 engineering agreement for an FAS and off-system bridge inventory, purchased a 2023 Bomag roller for $31,900, and noted state floodplain remapping effective June 2028.

The Elk County Board of Commissioners approved an agreement with Kirkham, Michael and Associates, Inc. for engineering services to conduct an FAS and off-system bridge inventory and appraisal, in the amount of $59,664. The motion to approve the contract was moved by Commissioner Jake Liebau, seconded by Commissioner Perry Russell and carried 3-0.
