Appraiser Kate Immenschuh told the Board that while staff Amanda and Carrie have training and understand appraisal codes, sending Zoning Administrator Steve Duryea to take photos and measurements starting in September would not substitute for the appraiser office’s full duties. Immenschuh said reducing staff would make it difficult for her office to keep up with work.
