Staff recommended a new three-year general engineering services agreement after the City's prior agreement expired and staff received eight proposals. City Manager Chris Lohr recommended Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. (CMT) citing the firm's experience with the City, familiarity with ongoing projects and GIS capabilities.
