The Clark County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously April 7 to approve an agreement with Astech for a 2026 microsurfacing project on county roads. Commissioner Francis Hass moved to approve the agreement and Commissioner David Spieker seconded; the motion carried with Commissioners Sass, Hass, Spieker, Gjerde and Schlagel voting aye.
