Planner Alex Kovach told the council CAD Homes is proceeding with the Pratt Development and that a hearing on multifamily housing is scheduled for next week. Kovach also reported on outcomes from the Sept. 4 comprehensive-plan hearing and recommended changes including an updated future land-use map, adjustments to the Capital Facilities Plan and policy updates to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
