Hearing set for Pratt Development; council reviews comp plan amendment recommendations

Kovach also reported on outcomes from the Sept. 4 comprehensive-plan hearing and recommended changes including an updated future land-use map, adjustments to the Capital Facilities Plan and policy updates to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Council approved staff authority to proceed on the Periodic Update Grant work and a contract with Sage Step LLC for climate planning; Kovach will coordinate the next steps for the Pratt Development hearing process and the comp plan amendments.
