The board approved the minutes from its April 9 meeting (Resolution 2026-246), authorized payment of bills (2026-248), approved an appropriations increase of $4,500 for the auditor’s information-systems professional services line (2026-249), and reappointed commissioners or designees to a range of regional boards and committees for 2026 (2026-250). The meeting minutes record that these items “passed 3-0.”
The session also recorded approvals of administrative agreements required to manage state and federal grant funds, and technical-assistance contracts for Community Development Block Grant programs and the amended Lead Safe Ohio grant. The board approved a procedural change allowing a Purchase Order computer edit list to be kept on file as an audit record and approved submitted travel requests (Resolution 2026-258).
