At the meeting the commission recorded multiple formal outcomes: it approved a variance allowing a lot split at 151 Tiva Road (after a tied vote was resolved by the presiding officer); it approved a telecommunications amendment to the UDO restoring monopole setback language and application updates; and it voted to recommend a comprehensive UDO amendment establishing siting, utility, buffer, noise and decommissioning rules for data centers and cryptocurrency facilities.
