Planning staff proposed updates to Chapter 110 that would change administrative/short/subdivision thresholds (administrative plat up to four lots; short plat up to ten) and align community well and septic rules with Idaho Code I.C. 50-1334. The board also discussed removing wording that suggested the commission "approves" preliminary plats and replacing it with "recommends," reflecting that final decisions rest with the Board of County Commissioners.
