JEMS reports November finances; base lighting and gutter projects delayed
Shift supervisors for JEMS reported November financials (three-pay month including longevity) and said lighting work at the base will be on hold until after the holidays; the Dunkirk EMS gutter project has not begun.

Shift supervisors Gary Barnett, John McFarland and Kyle Gerlach provided the commissioners with an operations update for JEMS on Dec. 23. Barnett presented November financials, noting the month included a third pay period and longevity pay. The supervisors said the lighting project at the base is delayed until after the holidays and that work on the gutter project at the Dunkirk EMS base has not yet started.
