The City of Oilton council opened a public hearing on June 10, 2025, to consider the city’s 2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) application and associated documents. Councilmember Bessie moved to open the hearing at 6:02 p.m.; Councilmember Bonnie seconded and the minutes record AYE votes by Bessie, Brian, Ry, Julia and Bonnie.
