The Ward County Water Resource Board authorized the chair to sign a 7% cost‑share agreement for the Valley Street Project on May 11. Jason Zimmerman moved to authorize the chair to sign the agreement; Dale Dohms seconded and the motion passed 5-0. Project invoices to date total $279,378.00 of a $426,715.00 contract, and the board noted the construction cost‑share equals $41,181.00.
