Kyle Blackner of the County Building Authority presented amendments to the Beaver County General Plan that add a Water Element and a Transportation Plan. After discussion, Commissioner Tammy Pearson moved to adopt Ordinance 2026‑03, Commissioner Brandon Yardley seconded, and the commission voted unanimously; roll call recorded Pearson, Wade Hollingshead and Yardley voting "aye."
