Planning Commission asks EDA members to submit priorities for County Comprehensive Plan

Ed Pool of the Patrick County Planning Commission asked Authority members to email items they want included in the county Comprehensive Plan and said the plan needs data updates before formal review. Rodney Overby asked whether the Authority could review a draft once updated.
Ed Pool, speaking for the Patrick County Planning Commission, said the Commission is "working on the County's Comprehensive Plan" and asked members of the Economic Development Authority to email him with anything they would want included.
Vice Chair Rodney Overby asked whether the Authority could read a draft to see what is already included and to identify additions; Pool replied that significant data in the draft would need updating before a formal review could take place. No formal action was taken; the Planning Commission requested emailed input from Authority members.
