The Kane County Commission voted to approve ordinance 2026-07 to rezone Lot 194-24 in the Alpine Meadows subdivision from Commercial 1 to Commercial 2, clearing the way for commercial uses the applicant described as a car wash, laundromat and eventual storage units. Planning staff reported a unanimous Planning & Zoning recommendation and said no negative public comments had been received.
