Recorder: election certified; mayor-elect has resigned before taking office

City Recorder Nicole Tritten reported she had received election certification from the County on Dec. 2 and said the Council will consider a resolution on Dec. 11 to acknowledge the results. Tritten told the Council that a write-in candidate, Jon O’Neill, won an uncontested seat if he chooses to accept the nomination.
