David Pratt of Millbrook, along with Liz Reighley and Remi Gratton, told the board that vault construction quotes came in under budget and that structural concerns related to weight have been addressed.
The team said it will onboard a new architect as a subcontractor under Millbrook to resolve remaining design questions and develop updated cost estimates; Michael Dugan (MD Architect) is expected to remain on the project in a reduced capacity to address initial design questions. The board was told permits for the project are still pending. The update did not include specific revised cost figures; the project team committed to return with updated estimates.
