The Town of Montgomery Selectboard and Water Commission received an update Oct. 27 on the Town Office/PSB renovation project from Millbrook Construction and project team members. David Pratt of Millbrook, along with Liz Reighley and Remi Gratton, told the board that vault construction quotes came in under budget and that structural concerns related to weight have been addressed.
