Ottawa Road paving underway; county targets end‑of‑August completion

"The completion target date will be the end of August," the chair said after the update. Staff described a sequence of remaining work: surface layers for both lanes, rock shoulders next week, followed by striping and seeding. Commissioners said they were satisfied with progress and noted the contractor will inspect the Osborne Bridge approaches on both north and south sides as part of follow‑up work.
