The Sequoyah County Board approved Resolution 2026-13 to create a Floodplain Permit Fund for the receipt and deposit of floodplain permit fees. The minutes record a motion by Ray Watts, a second by Jim Rogers, and unanimous aye votes by Commissioners Watts, Rogers and Chairman Beau Burlison.
