The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on July 16 approved Resolution 2026-453 authorizing a series of appropriation increases and intra‑fund transfers across county departments. Commissioner R.J. Lumbrezer moved the measure and Commissioner Joe Short seconded; the motion passed 2-0.
