Pima County Board removes IDA board members and approves new IDA structure

Following an executive session, the Pima County Board voted to remove five Industrial Development Authority board members without cause, adopt a new organizational memorandum (excluding Attachment A), and appoint several new directors to staggered terms; the board also directed the IDA to return two additional candidates within 60 days.
