Community group alleges DPS's DSA closure study lacks required cost analysis

He said that, in his view, the unadvertised hearing held last week was invalid because it was based on an inadequate feasibility analysis. The speaker said Durham for DSA will notify the state school planning section (DPI) about the alleged deficiencies.
