The Planning & Zoning Commission approved a Specific Use Permit to allow Pixel Speed Sim Racing to operate a sim‑racing lounge in Suite 206 at Timber Ridge Center. The applicant, Boston Blake, described the business as a reservation‑based sim‑racing lounge with 10 rigs, headset audio, no alcohol service and no on‑site food preparation, and evening/Saturday hours to reduce parking conflicts with neighboring businesses.
