GoDurham Access officials told the Board they moved to a new Spare Labs scheduling and reservations platform and have already measured operational gains. "The average trip time, since moving to the new system has reduced from 32 minutes to 26 minutes," the presenter reported, and noted a 40% decline in no-shows during August, which the presenter said translates into significant cost savings.
