Frontier Gateway site plan removed from table, retabled to Aug. 4
Summary
The commission removed the Frontier Gateway preliminary site plan from the table at the applicant's request, then approved staff's request to retable the item to the August 4 meeting so additional details can be resolved.
Commissioners removed the Frontier Gateway preliminary plates/site plan from the table after a motion and then, following staff and applicant requests for more time to coordinate outstanding details, approved sending the item back to the table and continuing it to the August 4 meeting.
The action was procedural and unanimous (7-0). Staff said additional details will be worked out with the applicant prior to the August 4 presentation to the commission.
