Chamblee budgets $30M GEO bond for parks, trails and master-plan work
Council staff said about $30 million in GEO bond proceeds (Fund 802) have been budgeted for design, engineering and construction of several parks and trails projects, including Huntley Hills Park and Keswick Park master-plan implementation.

Budget Strategy Manager Daria Kryskis told the council the city issued a GEO bond earlier this year that produced about $30,000,000 and the proposed 2026 budget includes budgeting those proceeds and the debt-service collections to pay that bond.
