The planning board chair reported several upcoming planning items, including ongoing public hearings for the FISH solar farm and the Dimension Energy solar project and a preliminary site plan for the Finger Lakes Credit Union on Route 332/Farm Brook Drive. The chair said the applicant for at least one subdivision continues preparing documents required for a preconstruction meeting and that site work could begin this fall with building in early 2027 for some developments.
The chair also noted other items on the agenda — a Valance application, a North American sales and rental preliminary site plan on County Road 41, and a proposed major home-occupation use on Amber Drive — and said the planning board will present an annual report on implementation of the town’s comprehensive plan.
