The Highway Committee approved the private hauling bid packet for 2026 paving projects and authorized the department to advertise the solicitation on the County Website, Appleton Post Crescent and Tri-County News during the weeks of Feb. 12 and Feb. 19, 2026. Commissioner Chad Scheinoha presented the specification details to the committee.
