Jay Joyce, the Land Use liaison to the Environmental Commission, reported that Walgreens' landscaping plan requires the company to provide trees and other landscaping improvements and that he will follow up with Catherine about the plan's status.
"Walgreens is required to provide trees and other landscaping improvements. Jay will follow up with Catherine regarding the status," Joyce said during the May 18 meeting. Joyce also noted that the two applications scheduled for Land Use Board review were pulled and not considered at this time.
The commission did not take a formal vote on the Walgreens landscaping at this meeting. Joyce's report places follow‑up responsibility on the land‑use liaison to track completion of the required improvements.
