Commission staff read offers received for multiple redevelopment-owned parcels and commissioners voted to send the submissions to staff for review. The parcels listed included 4401 Dearborn; 5638 and 5640 Claude Avenue (offers cited for 5640 and Dawkins and Zamora at $3,600 each); and 6109 and 6037 Wallace Road. Commissioners moved and approved a referral to staff to review the offers and report back.
