Planning commissioner Brandon East led the code work with staff and the Bear River Canal Company; the draft went to the planning commission three times for review and public feedback, and staff also solicited input at a county fair booth. Commissioner Perry moved adoption of Ordinance 6‑33; Commissioner Vincent seconded and the measure was adopted by voice vote.
