Assistant Superintendent Patrick Tanner reviewed bond‑funded technology and infrastructure projects: phase‑2 Skyward ERP work is underway with expected completion by the end of summer; the primary data center renovation finished in fall 2025 and a new secondary data center at the CTE facility is slated for fall 2026; structured data cabling and network switch replacement (about 1,600 switches) are in progress with staged timelines through 2027–2028.
