Palmer III moved the motion; the motion passed unanimously. Direction included asking respondents about statutory compatibility, fee structures and payroll integration and requesting PEW/AKF to prepare fee/asset projection scenarios.
- Approval and submission of the draft PEW feasibility study on including independent contractors and other non-traditional workers in the NEST program to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau by Dec. 31, 2024. Member Joseph Caldera moved the motion; Member William H. Palmer III seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
No votes to oppose or abstentions were recorded; Lieutenant Governor Stavros Anthony was recorded as having left the meeting before the later votes.
