Commission ratifies emergency authorizations for dolphin removals at three private beaches

The chair asked the commission to ratify three emergency certifications issued for 165 Harm's Way, 245 Harm's Way, and 45 Longstreet Lane. The board voted to ratify the certifications and acknowledged that the property owners covered removal costs; the town provided logistical support and burial at the town pit.
