The commission considered a Notice of Intent for a proposed saltwater pool at 275 Saltworks Road. Chris Lutazi of Strongtree Engineering explained siting decisions and mitigation calculations; he said the footprint was dictated by setbacks (leach field) and that the design uses pervious materials and compact access to reduce disturbance.
