Commission approves employment contract for County Manager Jason Burns
Following an executive session, the Commission unanimously approved an amended employment contract with County Manager Jason Burns. Commissioners attested the executive session discussed only the topics listed in the closure motion.

After convening an executive session for threatened or pending litigation, real property or water-rights discussion, and limited personnel matters, the Commission reconvened and approved the employment contract with County Manager Jason Burns by unanimous vote. Commissioner Tim Prather attested that topics discussed in the closed session were limited to those identified in the motion and that no other actions were taken in closed session.
