Council approves development plan and multiple ordinances, passes resolutions unanimously

At the close of its work session the Plain City Village Council recorded several formal actions. Council members took second readings and votes on a series of resolutions. Resolution 18‑2025, amending the wage scale for Plain City Police Department employees, passed 6–0. The council also passed resolutions authorizing the sale of municipally owned personal property and village property (Resolution 19‑2025 and Resolution 20‑2025) and recorded actions on services for a proposed annexation of approximately 70.5 acres in Darby Township (Resolution 21‑2025), which passed 6–0 as recorded.
