Rentmeister told the committee Safeworks charges less for pre-employment testing than a general practitioner in Clinton and usually can schedule an appointment within a few days. Committee members did not direct staff to change screening providers during the meeting; the remarks were recorded as explanatory discussion rather than a formal recommendation.
