During the public comment portion of the July 21 meeting, resident Shawn Reynolds said a new sidewalk was being installed in the right-of-way along his property and that he had not received prior notification. Reynolds raised concerns about the feasibility of winter maintenance and objected to being held responsible for future repairs.
